Located in the area of the most visited villas in Costinesti, in the immediate vicinity of the Black Sea, just 50 meters from the seafront, Villa "Near the Sea" offers accommodation in double, triple, quadruple rooms or apartments, each with its own bathroom , hot water, TV and refrigerator. From the terrace in front of each room upstairs you can admire the sea. The pool of the complex is among the largest in the resort (20 meters long) and tourists staying at the Villa "Near the Sea" have preferential access. The pool is designed to have both sunny and shaded areas. The beach is very close, although it is a bit narrower, it is quieter and cleaner. Meals can be served on the terraces and restaurants within a radius of 50-200 meters. You can reach the train station in less than 5 minutes, it is 400 meters away. The tourist promenade area located on the seafront is easily accessible and lit at night. During a 10 -15 minute walk to the lake / obelisk / disco area you can choose from cafes, terraces, restaurants and shops on either side of the pedestrian street that will lead you along the sea coast.

     ·  Un loc minunat, curat, frumos, cu vedere deosebita la mare, piscina interioara încălzită a fost extraordinara, ținând cont că apa marii a fost cam rece, ne-am bălăcit la piscina. Personalul este exemplar, de nota 10, amabilitate, sfaturi, super de treabă domnul de la recepție

     ·  Totul foarte bine, ca de obicei: curățenie in camera, liniște, aproape de plaja, piscina curata si incalzita, magazine în apropiere locației, atmosfera relaxata, de vacanta, gazde foarte primitoare și cu foarte mult respect fata de oaspeți. Revenim si anul viitor!

     ·  Camere simple, dar curate. Piscina super ok. As recomanda instalarea catorva umbrele, mai ales la sezlongurile de sus
     ·  Nu e neaparat contra, doar mentionez ca frigiderele din camera sunt de fapt congelatoare
